Extended experience in customer service. Experience in the fitness industry is a plus.
Easy to interact with people through:
Club tours and conversations.
Social media, phone calls, text messages, and e-mail.
Ethical, reliable, professional, and committed.
Motivated to learn about every aspect of the Club to better explain about our services.
Sufficient computing skills to handle sales operations from our MAC platform and iPads.
Willing to help with any unpredictable task in order to help the team.
Interested in helping people achieve their fitness goals.
Persistent and able to gracefully manage rejection.
Advanced oral and written skills in the English language. Spanish proficiency is a plus.
Organized and committed to follow-up with leads.
Passionate for martial arts and fitness.
Willing to help organize events inside and outside the club.
Must have easy access to the club.
