At The Cage we offer multiple martial arts classes such as Boxing, Kickboxing, BootCamp, Krav Maga, Jiu-Jitsu, and Muay Thai.
All instructors are professional fighters with a substantial curriculum and we accept students from all levels of experience, from beginners to competitors.
Our 60 minute full body workout is always unique, dynamic, safe, and burns up to 1,000 calories. Besides learning various combinations on the heavy bags, mitts and pads work is constantly applied to optimize the technical lessons and develop conditioning and endurance.
For more 1x1 attention, The Cage offers private classes that aim the martial art of your preference.
Anyone can train at The Cage even if they are coming back from an injury because our workout builds strength which prevents our students from any possible future injuries.
We also always provide free gloves and wraps rental, as well as free valet. Our classes are open from Monday to Sunday, starting at 6:30am until 9:30pm.
